Blame It On The Rain, (yeah yeah)

Blame it on the stars that did shine at night.
Whatever you do, don’t put the blame on you…

Since we started this adventure back in December it seems the rain has been following us. It’s crazy true. Everytime we arrive at a new destination, it seems to rain for the next couple of days.

With all the encountered rain we’ve realized something.

Rain is the intersection at which camping and glamping meet.

Have you ever spent time in a tent during a rainstorm? Can you recall how loud the rain sounds when it hits the top of the tent? When the rain hits the top of your RV, it sounds the same. It’s loud! Like turn your TV volume up 5 more notches, loud.

Also with the rain comes the dirt, mud, and grime being tracked into your RV just in the same way it would your tent. You still have to take extra measures and wipe the paws and remove the kicks before coming inside.

So we’re convinced: Rain is where glamping and camping meet!
